Giveaway Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Enter online starting
the first day of each month and continue throughout the entire month on
1stEntertainers.com. Entries must be received by midnight on the last
day of the month to be included in that month giveaway contest. Enter as
many times per day as you wish, as long as each email you send
through this web site is sent to a unique, real email address.
Sending emails to non active email addresses, sending emails to
yourself or multiple emails
to the same email address will NOT be counted
as a contest entry. (See rule #10)
2. This giveaway is open to legal residents of any country, 18 years of
age and older, except the employees of the sponsors, or members of their
immediate families.
3. Each month “TEN” winners will be selected and the winners will be
notified by email by the 5th day of the next month. The odds of winning
depend on the number of eligible entries received per month. The winner
will be notified by email on or before the 5th day after the contest
closes. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in
disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
4. Prize. Approximate retail value: $$$. All prizes will be awarded.
5. No transfers, substitutions in prizes or cash will be allowed except
by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize
notification letter, including the completion of an affidavit and
liability/publicity release, and return them within fifteen days of the
date on the prize notification letter; otherwise prize will be forfeited
and an alternate winner will be selected. By entering and/or by
accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release
1stEntertainers.com, and all Sponsors from any and all liability arising
out of your participation in this giveaway with respect to the awarding,
receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize.
7. Liability for any applicable taxes will be the sole responsibility of
the winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the
Internal Revenue Service. All expenses not specifically provided for by
Sponsors in these rules are the sole responsibilities of the winners.
8. Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason
will not be eligible. Sponsors reserve the right to modify or terminate
this Sweepstakes or disqualify any entry in the event of technical
impairment by computer virus or otherwise. In the event of early
termination, Sponsors will randomly select winners from all eligible
entries received at time of termination. In the event of a dispute
concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry
will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email
account is registered. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the
United States with the venue in Clark County in the State of Nevada.
9. All winners’ lists will be posted online when following the
individual giveaway notification date.
10. Anyone using spam or any other type of manipulation of electronic
email or contest submissions will be disqualified from this and all
future contests on this web site.
